Refund Policy

All Sales Final

You are purchasing a commercial office furniture product. Due to the customization and nature of commercial office furniture, all sales are final. Our products are ordered through our vendors and are made specifically for Office Creations and you the customer once an order is placed. Please ensure you double-check the dimensions of the product you are ordering will fit in the desired space in your home. We have a no refund policy.

Damages and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We stand behind everything we sell. If your purchase has concealed damage (damage that was not visible on the product until unpackaged) or if the product you received is not what was ordered, Office Creations will work with you on correcting the issue. Many times, only a part of the item will need replacing and Office Creations will ensure the correct part is replaced or repaired. If you selected to have your furniture installed at your home or office, the Office Creations installer will report any damage or incorrect product. If you have selected your product to be picked up from our warehouse or only delivered to your house (no installation), you will have 24 hours to report any damage or incorrect product from the time you pick up your furniture or when the furniture is delivered. In the event you receive the wrong product or your product is damaged, you should contact Office Creations immediately at service@officecreations.net.
